By accessing or using Octavia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You retain all rights to the content you upload, create, or generate using Octavia. You must have the legal rights to all videos, audio files, and voice recordings you upload for dubbing or translation. Octavia does not claim ownership over your source material or the translated output. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper licenses and permissions for all content processed through our platform.
You agree not to use Octavia's voice cloning or dubbing technology for deceptive purposes, including but not limited to: creating deepfakes, impersonating individuals without their explicit consent, generating misleading political content, or producing fraudulent media. Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Enterprise customers receive dedicated SLA guarantees and priority processing. Fair use policies apply to prevent abuse of the processing network. Excessive usage beyond your plan limits may result in additional charges or temporary service restrictions.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your Enterprise agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your current billing period.
The services on Octavia's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Octavia by LunarTech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
